About Us

Biography

Raindelay is a trio that hails from Brampton, Ontario. Formed in late July 2009, they have never looked back since. Using their many influences, like Dave Matthews Band and Xavier Rudd, they have created a very unique sound that makes them stick out to all audiences. From rock songs like "Soulless" and "Vampire, Vampire", to didgeridoo driven "Uluru" to reggae songs, "It's Not Worth It" and "Montego Bay", Rain Delay expands their sound to many different genres and styles.

After playing many shows and winning to different Battle of the Bands in Brampton and Toronto, Raindelay was given a major opportunity, when they were approached by a production company called Epik Productions who agreed to give them some free recording time to record an EP and help get their name out into the music industry, after playing a show at The Sound Academy in the heart of Downtown Toronto.

Raindelay is currently in the works of making their first album entitled "Welcome to Delight", and are looking to getting it finished before the New Year and being able to get it out to the fans by early February.

With a little bit of a break during September and October of 2010, Raindelay is back into the groove practicing and getting ready for some possible shows in late December and many to come in the New Year. Always having an amazing time on stage, Raindelay hopes to create positive vibrations that feed out into the audience to make every show memorable and jamming.
